"Shipping and products"
Was looking on the net to purchase bulk christmas lights and found Christmas central to have what I needed, so I looked at the rewieves ( both positives and negatives) and was real nervous to make my order with this company. However I decided to give them a chance, and it seems that that I made the right decision. Their method of shipping was very fast with damage "even for December ", and the Quality of the items that I purchased was great ( plus all of the net lights worked). I would like to give a big THANK YOU to Christmas central and to the Employee(s) that took my order, handled the items, packed, and shipped them with pride. You will have my business again... "Excellent customer service."
I placed an order for Memorial Day window stars. I was not completely happy with them. I wrote and received a very nice apology from Heather and my problem was solved. Thank you Heather.
